Jane Carter currently maintains a studio in an old barn in Providence, North Carolina. She is a Signature Member of the Watercolor Societies of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, and has recently been juried into the Southern Watercolor Society. Her works have been published in Watercolor Magic, and she was featured as a cover artist on several other magazines. Her paintings hang in homes across the country and in England.
