William H. Turner is a native of the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Since 1983, he has maintained a studio and foundry near Onley, Virginia. His wildlife sculptures are featured in numerous prominent public and private collections including Brookgreen Gardens in South Carolina, the Chicago Botanic Gardens, the Virginia Aquarium in Virginia Beach, Mystic Seaport Museum in Connecticut, the American Museum of Natural History in New York, the Currituck Club in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, the Museum of the Marine in Camp Lejune, North Carolina, among many others.
