Circa 1800, mahogany veneer with ornate brass inlay, the lock plate with mark of "[monarch crown] / J Bramah / 124 Picadilly," opens to a likely original crimson leather writing service with kingwood inlay perimeter, the front having divided pen and ink console, further additional storage underneath service, sides with brass campaign handles and side drawer.
