Unidentifed manufacture, unmarked, rectangular form with figural decorations in relief, the central scene features men in uniforms marching under an American flag, two women - one a model of Lady Liberty and the second a woman in work clothes and holding a hammer - flank the central composition, above outspread wings surround a model of the globe showing North and South America, beneath the central scene is a recumbent lion, the two lower corners feature the letters "US" inset in gilt mosaic within laurel wreaths.
