The first by Harry William Adams (English, 1868-1947), pastel on paper, signed in graphite at lower right, a nocturne scene with hanging paper lanterns in a dark landscape (Frame dimensions 15 x 18 3/8 in.); the second by Mary S. Hagarty (Canadian-English, 1857-1936), mixed media on paper, signed at lower left, depicting a grand stone staircase before a tree line (Frame dimensions 20 x 16 in.). Each presented under glass within matching gilt frames and silk mats.

Good estate condition - neither examined out of the frame.
