Attributed to Boston, late 18th century, mahogany veneer, white pine and poplar secondary, top with banded veneer front edge above a central bow-front drawer above a recessed compartment with hinged cabinet door having an open interior flanked by two false panels, applied arched surround, flanked to each side by an upper convex corner drawer that is hinged at the rear corner above two convex hinged cabinet doors, open interior, raised on four legs, the front two of trapezoid form and the rear two square tapered form, light and dark wood string inlay throughout, the leg stiles with distinctive dot and string inlay.
