Circa 1800, mahogany veneer with light wood inlays, oak and pine secondary, rectangular top with banded edge and rear chair rail overhang, upper two faux drawers release forward to reveal a green baize writing surface with well developed compartments including two inlaid prospect doors, seven banded drawers with pigeon holes, the case with three graduated cock beaded drawers with bone inlaid escutcheons, triple line inlaid base with scalloped skirt on French bracket feet.
