Apparently restored 15 years ago, and parked in a garage; engine does not turn, even by hand; 2 miles show on odometer, and condition of chassis parts and undercarriage indicates this may be accurate; with new 6v battery; fuel tank is very clean, and fuel in filter appears clear; radiator shows signs of leaking.
