1971, patinated cast bronze, depicting a standing cloaked figure with pierced hollow bulbous torso, presented on a white veneered wooden stand. Includes a second black base from the artist.

Sculptor Harry Baron's work draws inspiration from man's scientific and cultural advances, contradicted by the dangers of human action and inaction that threaten existence. Active in Isreal, Harry was a visiting Professor at the Free Academy of Arts in Berlin in 1980. From 1984-1988, he was the Sculpture Department Head at Avni Academy of Art, Tel Aviv. He was the founder and head of the Israeli Sculptors Studio.
