Made in Sweden, to include; two lidded boxes, one with silver overlay lion and the other with geese (2 1/4 x 3 5/8 x 3 5/8 in.) 1229; a pen holder (2 3/4 n.) 859; a pen tray (5 7/8 in.); an ashtray. All with silver overlay decoration and all but the ashtray are signed on the underside.

Wilhelm Kåge’s Argenta series was crafted between 1930 and the 1970s in the Gustavsberg studio. The objects were made of stoneware with a mottled
mottled deep green glaze, many with a Neoclassical or Art Deco motif.

Good condition; ashtray not signed.
