Late 18th century, three part form, oak, deal and pine secondary, broken arched pediment with central tympanum above cove molding all enhanced with dentil molding, relief carved scrolled frieze, two hinged cabinet doors with molded astragal mullions, louvered shelved interior, the desk with a hinged lipped lid with loper supports, interior with inset leather writing surface, central prospect door flanked by two leather "book" document drawers, eight pigeon holes and ten small drawers, above three over three graduated cock beaded drawers (the top left and right small drawers with slide compartment) flanked by fluted quarter columns, relief carved gadrooned base, distinctive ogee bracket feet with relief carved acanthus leaf.

Missing one glass pane; later leather writing surface; right hinge missing screws to lid side; right top corner of lid with wood chip/loss/repair; right rear ogee foot facing with repair; right front side foot facing with split at top edge; left rear foot facing with split/repair.
