Possibly Maryland, circa 1820, mahogany and cherry veneer, white pine and poplar secondary, shaped top with vertically veneered edge, upper deep drawer over three graduated conforming drawers, all with cock beaded edge, scallop skirt on straight bracket feet.

A good tall and narrow form with deep serpentine body.

Later rear one inch strip to back of top; top with tight shrinkage crack; mar to top drawer; missing one lock; no key; drawer runners rebuilt; drawer guides replaced; shrinkage cracks to right side of case; patches to all four foot facings.
