(with staining; stitch loss; stapled to cardboard backing; examined out of frame); the second British, worked in multi-color silk thread on fine linen weave, with pious verses and floral and figurative motifs, bottom register with maker's name, age and date, "Susan Gooch / aged 11 years / 1826", housed under glass in painted wood frame (frame dimensions 17.75 x 13.75 ) (with loss; holes; dye run; staining; frame with repair and loss; frame missing three corner medallions; not examined out of frame).
