Paris, early to mid-19th century, round clock face with Roman numeral hour markers and floral and laurel relief dial, brass works stamped Pickard / A Paris / 1634, surmounting the case is a seated neoclassical male figure holding a lyre, nearby a helmet and sword rest on a columnar plinth, atop a rectangular sarcophagus base with putti and floral basket bas-relief, on scrolled acanthus feet.
