The first by Gary Curtis (American), titled House in Charleston, signed lower center, matted and framed (Frame dimensions 30 1/4 x 18 1/4 in.); the second by Jennifer Guyer (American), depicting a detail of the mantelpiece in the saloon at Uppark House in West Sussex, England, the interiors designed and transformed by Sir Matthew Fetherstonhaugh and his wife, Lady Sarah in the 18th century, signed and dated 1996 at lower right, matted and framed (Frame dimensions 30 x 24 in.).
