Alkaline glazed stoneware, the first is a jar with light olive glaze, five turned bands at the upper shoulder, clear stamp below the bands, "DS / 1"; the second, a jug, has an Albany slip glaze with stamp "DS 1/2 ".

Jar has several hairlines that extend the length of the pot with interior stabilizing tape and patch. Jug has been broken in several parts and glued.
