Early 19th century, Randolph County, crafted in the style of the Quaker potters with an unglazed exterior and a heavy brown lead glaze on the interior, rim and handles.

Allover chips and losses to the glazed areas; scrapes and flakes to the earthenware. Larger: 1 1/4 in. handle chip; 1 in. rim chip; interior chips, hole in bottom. Smaller: extreme surface erosion, base rim hairline extending to underside hole.
