Likely Spanish, signed at lower center "Ygnazio de Llamas y Chacon," depicting a pious Dominican nun seated before a table and holding the Sacred Heart of Jesus and looking towards an engraving of the Crucifixion in veneration, a young putto at lower left holds a shield with Latin inscription, presented in an antique gilt frame.
