Likely British, a nicely balanced work with top register a fenced, two story, two chimney home flanked by trees and dogs beneath the names Isabella Graham and I.W.J.I Graham and with floral elements to each side, bottom register with thoughtful verse, "To the Young morning of my days / Those various threads I drew, / And pleas'd beheld the finished piece / Rise glowing to the view / no more / And when bright youth shall charm / And age has chill'd my blood / May I review my life and say / Behold my works are good," between two floral filled baskets, bottom panel stitched , "Cathrine Baxter finished this at Longtown 1841 MM D. Baxter Died 1824", all within an undulating floral border, presented under glass in a molded frame with carved floral motifs.
