The first with cream field with whig rose design, with green, yellow, and red applique (6 ft. 11 in. x 8 ft.) (staining; fading); the second with quilted cream ground with swirling tulip motif in pink and green (7 ft. 6 in. x 7 ft. 6 in. ) (with staining and some loss to applique); and the third a pieced friendship quilt with cream filed with repeating stars in red and green, with signatures and dates circa 1850s ( 8 ft x 8 ft 11 in.) (some staining; some fading to ink inscriptions.)
