Early 20th century, a patinated bronze figure of Mercury raises an electrified four light torchiere, and balances atop one of the four "Anemoii" or Wind gods, signed "Jean de Bologne" in the casting, raised on a cylindrical red marble pedestal with bronze Olympian figural frieze, mounted atop a later stepped oak base.

46 3/4 x 12 x 12 in.

Loss to one wing (missing) on Mercury's helmet with associated old soldering; missing caduceus to left hand, some marks and rubbing to patina; some minor small chips to marble; wiring is old and missing plug, not tested for working condition.
