Mid 19th century, the largest with inlaid brass escutcheon and vacant cartouche, interior with twin lidded compartments (both with remnants of original lining) flanking a central well with later pressed glass cup (5 1/4 x 11 x 5 1/2 in.); the smaller with kingwood inlay borders and inlaid ivory escutcheon, opens to twin lidded compartments, with remnants of tin lining and later paper lining (5 1/2 x 9 3/8 x 5 1/2 in.).

Smaller with some scattered inlay border loss. Largest with some veneer loss and scratches, primarily on the back corners; central well border with crack; some water spotting to lid. Without keys.
