Antique Plains Indian Beadwork "Quiver" with Three Arrows
Lot Details & Additional Photographs
Possibly Cheyenne, late 19th century, a knowledgeable colleague suggested that this enigmatic object was originally a legging re-purposed as a utilitarian pipe bag. The arrows have age, but are unknown as to origin.

Minor losses to the beadwork, though it remains largely intact; the porcupine quill decoration along the bottom has considerable areas of loss. Overall fair condition.
