The first a sheet with sketches of fox hunters and a man's head with pipe, unsigned, matted and framed under glass (sight size 8 1/2 x 6 1/2 in.); the second with sketches of a man seated and smoking a pipe, a man on horseback, and a man's head in semi-profile, unsigned, matted and framed under glass (sight size 8 3/4 x 6 1/2 in.).

Franks Reynolds was a well known illustrator who served as editor Punch, illustrated several of Charles Dickens' works, and was a member of the Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours.
