Late 18th century, pine and deal secondary, dovetailed case, lipped hinged lid with bread board ends and loper support, interior with central prospect door, valanced pigeonholes and six small drawers, the case with four graduated cock beaded drawers, raised on bold and distinctive shaped bracket feet.

Two small cut/patches at top; no key; two tight shrinkage splits at lid; old marring at lid; later leather writing surface; later hinges at prospect door; break/repair at hinge joint to lid; some later glue blocks but feet are old and appear original to base.
