Circa 1800, early Staffordshire pottery of a Shepherd and Shepherdess modeled on raised bases decorated with acanthus leaves, overglaze enamel colors.

8 in. and 7 3/4 in.

Flaking enamel in spots; restoration to area of base bottom edge below the lamb as well as to the hands and torso of the Shepherdess; restoration to dog's front legs.
