Of the thirty maps, we offer three of the artist's original boards (18-1/2 x 14-3/8 in.) with tissue overlays bearing editorial instructions. Included are Map 17 (The Mediterranean with the Track of the Atropos); Map 22 (Second Engagement Between Lydia and Natividad); Map 28 (Riga).

Private North Carolina collection

The book has been well cared for and its sleeved jacket has only the lightest marginal soiling and two 1/4-in edge splits; the map boards show minor signs of handling; overall very good to fine condition.
