Early 19th century, mahogany veneer, yellow pine and oak secondary, rectangular top with bowed ends and featuring a deep demilune drop leaf with single butterfly support, lightwood line inlay to top and side panels., distinctive inlay to top of stile, square tapered legs featuring a graduated bellflower, inlaid cuffs.

28.5 x 32 x 18 in. Each leaf 12.5 in.

The Estate of the late Frank Daniels, Jr. and his wife Julia Jones Daniels, Raleigh, North Carolina. A portion of the sale proceeds will be donated to the North Carolina Museum of History Foundation

With restoration; top wth water staining and dark spots; inlay loss at edges; top reset; later corner blocks; fly rails likely later; missing inlay at cuffs.
