A Grouping of Chelsea House Porcelains in the 18th Century Style

Five pieces including: a pair of lidded mantel urns with bird of paradise motif (12 x 7 x 4 1/2 in.); (2) reticulated platters with bird of paradise motif (12 x 10 1/4 in. and 12 1/4 x 9 3/4 in.); and a platter with basketweave and butterfly motif (13 3/4 x 10 in.). All marked, each with soft butter yellow ground and gilt decoration.

The Estate of the late Frank Daniels, Jr. and his wife Julia Jones Daniels, Raleigh, North Carolina. A portion of the sale proceeds will be donated to the North Carolina Museum of History Foundation

Good estate condition.
