Attributed to Eastern Virginia or Eastern North Carolina, late 18th century, mahogany veneer, oak and yellow pine secondary, top with applied molded edge, two over three graduated cock beaded drawers, shaped bracket foot base.

Pencil script to underside of right small drawer.

It is possible that three of the foot facings are original and the back left appears replaced; several of the brace blocks are later and the bracket facings are hand cut but now have round head nails attaching them; later pulls with some plug holes; cut/patch near escutcheons; drawer runners rebuilt.
