Circa 1830s, having a full maple stock with Roman nose back stock architecture, 42.25 in. octagonal barrel, 50 cal., single trigger, brass furniture, lock engraved JAMES GOLCHER, thumb plate engraving of script PJ. ornate brass patchbox, checkered wrist, raised cheek rest with star inlay, wooden ramrod.
