Made in England, chinoiserie motif with blue and rust colorway, older backstamp (1877-1963) newer backstamp (1964-1990) to include: (4) dinner plates (10 5/8 in.); (7) dinner plates (10 3/8 in.); (14) large rim soups (10 1/4 in.); (9) luncheon plates (8 3/4 in.); (9) shallow soups; (2) bread & butter plates; (2) scalloped shallow bowls (7 3/4 in.); (12) cream soup with (1) saucer); (10 ) cups with (22) saucers; (1) early can cup; (1) demitasse cup with (1) saucer. Accessory pieces include: a platter (19 in.); an open round bowl (10 1/4 in.), (2) shell bowls, an oval serving bowl, a covered tureen (11 1/2 x 14 in.), (2) pastry stands, a teapot, creamer and waste bowl. Total accessories (11). Included are an extra entree cover, and a pastry stand (broken), and a pair of Copeland Spode square lidded vegetable servers in a similar pattern (9 in.) (good condition).
