The first is a large tightly woven food preparation basket, California, 1940s-50s, grasses with sedge and devils claw, (8 1/2 x 20 1/2 in.) (losses to rim wrappings; other scattered breaks), the second is a vintage coiled lidded storage basket, probably Poma,( losses to wrapping on the lid and rim, scattered losses on the body) (HOA 10 in., (3) contemporary baskets, good condition, source unattributed.
