Polychrome glazed earthenware: the first is a sign held by a squirrel and rabbit (firing line near the bottom of the sign); the second is a man sitting on a bench "Sometimes I sits and thinks / Sometimes I just sits" (4 1/2 x10 in.); the third and fourth depict a man in overalls relaxing (tail of squirrel broken and lost). All are signed and dated on the platform base.
