Lithographic poster in colors, circa 1930, depicts Josephine Baker, framed.

This poster pictures famed Jazz-Age dancer, singer, and actress, Josephine Baker, in Paris. Josephine's performances were considered sensational and slightly scandalous at the time, and the visual representations of the entertainer as seen here are clearly outdated. Baker went on to become the first African American woman to star in a motion picture.

Frame dimensions 28 3/4 x 21 1/2 in.

Condition A-: Some light toning and few minor foxing marks; not examined out of frame.
