19th century, the first an armchair: stepped and molded crest with Prince of Wales plume above a draped pierced splat, shaped arms terminating with rosette, shaped arm supports, over upholstered seat with bow-front seat rail, front square tapered legs with spade foot (34.5 x 23 x 19.5 in., seat height 17.5 in.); the second a side chair: having a stepped crest rail with stylized fleur de lis over draped and pierced back splat, over upholstered bow-front seat, molded and paneled square tapered legs with spade foot (35 x 21.5 x 20 in., seat height 16.5 in.).

Armchair: later upholstery; right arm support re-attached; later brace blocks; break and repair to left arm support at arm; both front feet tipped at spade.

Side chair: later upholstery; back splat reset at crest rail.
