Late 18th century, mahogany veneer, pine and oak secondary, the hinged top with half-paterea inlay at rear edge, banded veneer border, bold burl grained top, interior surface with tight vertical grain and repeating banded inlays, the skirt with three panels, the central with urn inlaid within oval, the sides with circular nautical star, each with bellflower swag, four square tapered legs, the upper stile at skirt with stylized inlaid fluting, the leg with rosette and draped graduated bellflower inlay.
