A forward engine design with a Caterpillar 3208 diesel V8, with Allison automatic transmission. Most of the original systems are intact and functional.

A recent refurbishment was performed, and retained many of the original interior features such as the blinds, kitchen aids like the built in toaster, and the rear 8 -Track stereo system. The seat cushions were covered in leather, and the floor was resurfaced. The exterior awnings were replaced. The air conditioning units are new, and will run off the also newer generator when not hooked to shore power. In the rear is a queen bedroom with a new mattress and standard mid-ship bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Also fitted with full kitchen, a gas grill/stove, a doorbell, a central vacuum system and a programmable horn with 60 different sounds. Modern upgrades include a flat screen television with roof mounted antenna, Playstation, microwave, and programmable LED lights on the outside and inside, spotlight with controller, and rear mounted camera with side lights to ease parking and backing. The roof has low railing and reinforced with diamond plate tread for roof access by rear mounted ladder.

Enjoyed by a family for many years, and served as a hunting camp and hosted tailgate parties for sporting events and concerts.

Registered in North Carolina from new. Being in light use, has ensured that systems were used and maintained as needed. Maintained and serviced locally, and has new tires all around. All of the original manuals and instructions are included in a file box, as well as many tools and accessories to make this ready for immediate use.

Leveling systems is inoperative; the water system and pumps are operational, although not fully tested; electrical systems are operational and perform as expected; steering feels a bit loose at highways speeds, and requires constant correction; runs and drives well; the exterior is all original and has patina from age; some of the access doors with slight damage; no other apparent concerns.
