Circa 1800, mahogany veneer, pine and oak secondary, tops with vertically veneered edge, exterior top with banded inlay, interior of top board with banded inlay and central checkerboard inlay, the bottom hinged portion opens to reveal a divided writing surface interior, rear central gate-leg support, straight tapered legs.
