The first a midcentury French pipe with carved wood bowl featuring a Native American chief, vulcanite stem, signed "Butz-Choquin / BC / ST.CLAUDE / FRANCE / 58" (6 in. length); the second in carved wood with paint-decorated Persian figural vignettes, unsigned (11 5/8 in.); the third with long ebonized stem, horn form stummel with Edwardian silver mounts of Adolph Frankau & Co, Birmingham (1906) (11 3/4 in.); the fourth with burled wood with Sterling scrollwork overlay, marked Sterling to shank (5 in.); the fifth in carved antler, possibly Inuit or Native American, with Moose design within sawtooth borders, unidentified signature to underside (9 7/8 in.); the last a pipe stem in carved red stone, in the form of a fish with mouth open, unsigned (3 5/8 in.)
