19th-early 20th century, including one marked O'BRIEN MAYO ST DUBLIN, numbered 61, circa 1880-1920; (2) French pipes with mark of Fiolet factory in Saint-Omer (1764-1920), one bowl with floral motif and the other bulldog form; (2) French pipes marked GAMBIER/A PARIS/M*H/DEPOSE," circa 1890 - 1910; a single French pipe marked Noel / Paris / FRANCE; (2) featuring French officer head bowl, one numbered No421; (3) "Zenith" Gouda dutch pipe with label P.J. van der Want Azn.; one celebrating Queen Victoria's diamond jubilee, marked Queen 1837-1897; one marked J JOLEY / ST. HELENS to stem with foot and ball motif bowl; (3) marked Derry Castle / Inniskilling / EGYPT; one with female figure head numbered 1264; one with cup and hand form bowl, worn impressed stamp, numbered 45; one with bowl featuring a lady in hat with partial label of LAVAMER; one with embossed "FOR AUD LANG SYN" and hands shake relief motif to bowl; and one with head of bearded man in turban, unmarked.
Included with the pipes is a related hardcover reference book on the subject A complete guide to collecting Antique Pipes, published 1979, by Benjamin Rapaport.
