16 1/2 x 14 1/4 x 11 1/4 in.

The collector shares the following story about this table (lot 99) and pedestal (lot 98):

"This small table and pedestal were purchased together about thirty years ago from an antique shop in Western Pennsylvania. We were just getting interested in folk art and we were stunned by the writing, imagery and symbols on all sides of both pieces. Even underneath the tops! Both are signed and dated by the maker. The large body of water and ship pictured on the small table and anchor placed under the top suggest a nautical connection to the maker. These pieces expressed powerful imagery to us when we purchased them so many years ago and still have the same effect now."

Some scuffs to wood, primarily along top edges, otherwise good estate condition.
