Oil on canvas, 1983, signed and dated at lower right, inscribed en verso, presented in a carved wood frame with a silvered fillet.

Stretcher size 28 x 50 in. Frame Dimensions 38 1/2 x 60 in.

Terry Issac grew up in the Willamette Valley of Oregon, where he took on an early interest in wildlife. Throughout his life, Terry traveled around the world to capture subjects ranging from whales to hummingbirds.

Frost’s works are housed in prominent permanent collections such as Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum and the Bennington Center For The Arts. The artist placed in 12 stamp and print competitions, was commissioned to create for the Audobon Society Handbooks, was involved with Disney Production, and was a longtime member of Artists for Conservation and Society of Animal Artists.

Good estate condition; some wear to corners of frame.
