Randy Toy is a Virginia artist whose work is recognized and supported by the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts with a Professional Fellowship for Printmaking and by the Crayola Corporation with a Liquitex Grant for Painting. Works by the artist can be found in the collections of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Côa Museum, Quirk Hotel and notable private collections.

Toy holds an MFA and BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University with additional education from the Loughborough College of Art & Design in the United Kingdom and currently teaches at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts Studio School.
