Southern Sheraton Cherry Chest of Drawers

Circa 1830, poplar secondary with yellow pine drawer guides, top with applied convex reeded edge, four flush graduated drawers with scratch bead, repeating reeded corner columns, applied reeded base on turned feet.

40.25 x 40.5 x 20 in.

Later pulls (in the original holes); missing locks; top with old marring and dark stains; shrinkage cracks to sides of case; drawer runners are worn; feet are old and appear original.
