Circa 1840, mahogany veneer, dark red leather over-upholstered cushion mounted to a mahogany base with concave frieze over beaded trim with panels having ormolu mounts on ogee bracket feet with casters.

Overall good usable condition; later leather with attractive patina; likely later ormolu mounts; some veneer chips and fill to the concave panels.
