Jerry Weers is a classical style still life painter based in Seguin, Texas. He began his professional painting career in 1974 after graduating from Texas Lutheran College where he studied drawing and painting while pursuing a degree in English.

In 1985, Weers began painting in oils after studying with David Leffel and Gregg Kreutz at the Scottsdale Artists' School. He has a collection of vases, bowls and other props that find their way into his classical style still life paintings.
