Late 19th century, oval form clock dial behind glass with floral enamel decoration, dial sides having gilt floral decoration with two putti relief mounts, supported by a spread winged eagle perched on pruned branch, domed base with four hand-painted round cartouches depicting mythological vignettes alternating with gilt floral decoration and winged putti mounts, underside painted scrolling patterned linear tracery designs signed "JE" to border, atop four repeating putti feet.

Dial is loose with losses to upper and lower finial mounts; most of the enamel appears intact with some small areas of loss; VI hour with retouch; scattered surface grime; one silver mount detached but present with the lot; not operating at time of review.
