Suzanne Derrer is an artist currently working in El Rito, New Mexico. Her work is primarily sculptural, using found sticks, Japanese papers, and glass beads to create forms that reflect the beauty of natural landscapes and underwater life. Many of her pieces interact with their environment and feature a life of their own through reflection, translucence, and movement.
