American artist Charles Harry Eaton first exhibited at the National Academy of Design in New York. He won a gold medal at the Philadelphia Art Club in 1900, exhibited at the Paris Exposition in 1889, and at the World's Fair in Chicago, in 1893. Eaton was elected an Associate member of the National Academy of Design in 1893.
